Verification and Selection Process

After you submit your application, the following process takes place:

Your application goes to the PMYP system and is also shared with your university’s Focal Person.
The Focal Person checks your eligibility, enrollment status, and academic records. They may contact you for supporting documents like your transcript, student card, or fee challan.
If everything is correct, your status changes to “Verified.” If there is a problem, your application may be marked as “Disapproved.”
After verification of all students, merit lists are prepared based on academic performance.
First, a Provisional Merit List is published on the portal. If your name is missing despite meeting all criteria, you can raise a complaint through the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) at your university.
After the GRC process, the Final Merit List is published. Selected students get an SMS and an email.
