Government has announced recent updates and increase in the stipends of all the programs like Benazir Kafaalat Program, Benazir Nashonuma and Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program.
April 2026 Payment Updates in Benazir Kafaalat Program
Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Program, Senator Rubina Khalid, announced an increase of 1000 rupees in the quarterly financial aid of all programs of BISP along with Benazir Kafaalat Program. This is to provide relief to low-income families and empower women, which is the main target of BISP.
Previously, the official quarterly payment installment for the Benazir Kafaalat Program was 13500. Now, BISP has increased the stipend to 14500.
This was much-needed as inflation and the cost of living are continuously increasing in the country. This will benefit 10 million registered beneficiaries in the country.

April 2026 Payment Updates in Benazir Nashonuma Program
Approximately 40 percent of kids under five years old are underweight and malnourished due to poverty. Benazir Nashonuma program has 43 Lac beneficiaries, including 12 Lac women and children.
Chairperson Rubina Khalid has also announced an increase of 500 rupees for both the pregnant woman and the child. The Pregnant woman or the boy child will now receive 2500, while the girl child will receive 3000 rupees.

April 2026 Payment Updates in Benazir Taleemi Wazaif
The government has also announced a 500 increase per student for the registered students of the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program. However, 70 percent attendance is mandatory. This is to increase the attendance in schools and decrease the dropouts from the schools.

Official Payment Schedule for April 2026
Overcrowding has caused a certain accident in the Bahawalpur BISP Tehsil Office. Therefore, payment installments are now distributed in 3 phases.
First Phase
BISP will distribute the payments in major districts and cities, like Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Peshawar, and Quetta.
Second Phase
BISP will pay the beneficiaries in the village areas of Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Third Phase
BISP will pay the stipend to those who have recently updated their NSER dynamic survey data.
Who will not be eligible for the updated BISP Payment?
Although all the BISP beneficiaries are eligible for the 14500 payment. However, some beneficiaries will not be eligible due to their outdated information.
Keep your data updated in the NSER Dynamic Survey data, and if your CNIC has expired, visit the nearest NADRA office and get a new CNIC.
